Qualification: 2+ years in B2B sales or relevant field experience.
This position reports to the Director of Business Development.
The Sales Executive – POS Kiosk Solutions will play a vital role in expanding the market reach of PKSPOS by focusing on direct customer acquisition, relationship management, and promoting our advanced point-of-sale kiosk solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
The Sales Executive will drive sales through outbound prospecting, in-person and virtual presentations, and ongoing client engagement.
This individual will be an engaging communicator, a skilled solution seller, and a team player with a passion for technology and customer success.
As a key member of our sales organization, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Development to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new customers in retail, foodservice, and service-based industries.
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate value propositions that are tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Keep CRM systems up to date and provide weekly reports on sales activity and pipeline progress.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings both virtually and on-site.
- Offer valuable market feedback to leadership to help improve products and services.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our POS kiosk solutions.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- 2–5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in B2B, tech, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to engage a range of clients from small business owners to executives.
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to support a growing team.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and video conferencing tools.
Work Environment
- This role offers flexibility through a mix of remote work, office presence, and in-person client interaction.
- Standard business hours apply, with occasional after-hours availability required based on client needs or events.
